What we believe
We believe in the One True God, Who manifested Himself to His creation in 3 persons, God the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, who fully dwelt bodily in the man Jesus, Who is called the Christ. (Deuteronomy 6, Colossians 2)
We believe that Adam (the first man) through the exercise of his own free will, given to him by his Creator, chose to rebel against God through disobedience, passing the nature of sin to all of his descendants. (Genesis 3, Romans 5)
We believe in the substitutionary death of Jesus Christ on the cross as the only acceptable payment for all the sin of all humanity throughout all time periods. (John 3, Hebrews 10)
We believe in the bodily resurrection of Jesus after being buried in the tomb for 3 days and nights. (Mathew 12, Mathew 27 & 28)
We believe in the physical return of Jesus Christ and His eternal reign as King of Kings and Lord of Lords. (John 14 and Revelation 20)
We believe that salvation is complete when a person through godly sorrow acknowledges their responsibility for their own condition of sinfulness with genuine remorse to God while believing the gospel of Jesus Christ, how He, as the perfect sacrifice without sin, was sacrificed for the payment their personal sins; that He was buried in a tomb with out life in His body, and resurrected bodily after the third day following His crucifixion. (Mark 1, Romans 10, 1 Corinthians 15)
We believe the family of God is comprised of all of the saved throughout all of the ages. (Romans 4)
We believe in the bodily resurrection of all the family of God when the Lord returns, where we will have the responsibility and privilege to rule and reign with our King in the millennial age. (1 Thessalonians 4, Revelation 20)
We believe that baptism is commanded by the Lord Himself towards all genuine saved individuals as the declaration of committing one’s earthly life to following Jesus as Lord of their life and soul, by symbolically uniting themselves with Jesus in His death and resurrection. (Matthew 28)
We believe in the authority and need of the Lord’s churches; Which are comprised of disciples of Jesus, who have committed together for the purpose of fulfilling the Great commission and bringing glory to God through Jesus Christ. (Matthew 16 & 18)
We believe in the infallible Word of God (the Bible) as the only source of truth and the Holy Spirit it’s only true Teacher. (1 Timothy 3 and John 16)
